Material

Chicken (I made two chicken legs here) It ’s okay to see everyone
Dijon Mustard 1 tablespoon (the amount of two chicken legs)
Soft butter ~ (Bubbles are soft in warm water) 15 grams
sugar Half teaspoon
Chili noodles Half teaspoon
Lemon juice Half
salt a little
Black pepper a little

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees

Mix sugar, chili noodles, fluffy butter, and Dijon mustard

Spread half of the mixture on the side of the chicken, sprinkle with half of lemon juice, sprinkle with salt and black pepper (depending on your mouth)

Put it in the oven for baking (two chicken legs, I bake for about 7 minutes)

Remove the chicken, coat the other side with the mixture, sprinkle with the remaining lemon juice, salt and black pepper, and put it back to bake for about the same time (the roasting step is to make the chicken cooked without being burnt)

Preheat the grill to 200 degrees

Remove the chicken from the oven, put it on the grill, and roast it until it is yellow and crispy.

In short, just grill it until you think it ’s ok.
