I like to eat mixed fungus, but there are very few in the restaurant. So I went home and developed it myself, the taste is really good!

Fungus soaked in hot water, drain and set aside

Put the fungus in the water and boil it for a while. Turn off the fire as soon as the water is turned on. Remove it and rinse it in cold water, then immediately soak it in ice water. This will make the fungus non-sticky and more crispy.
Find a large bowl of green onion, ginger, garlic, red pepper and coriander, then pour the soy sauce, vinegar, a little yellow lantern pepper to freshen, a spoonful of sugar, a little salt and chicken essence, a little red oil, beautiful umami sauce
Remove the fungus in ice water and drain it, put it in a seasoning bowl and mix well. Mix it and let it sit for a while before eating more delicious!
