Coconut jelly


Coconut milk 60g
Soft white sugar (icing sugar) 35g
milk 135g
Light cream 95g
Fish glue powder 10g

Put the milk in a larger container, add light cream, coconut milk, soft white sugar and mix well

Pour into a pot and heat until saccharified.

Add fish glue powder and stir until melted and turn off the heat

Put a layer of plastic wrap in the sealed box

After the coconut milk liquid is allowed to cool, pour it into a sealed box. After refrigerated for 6 hours in the refrigerator, remove the cut pieces.

A layer of coconut paste on the surface can also be decorated by yourself.
