Club Sandwich

Today is Canada ’s National Day, and Brother Tuya says we have a picnic. When it comes to picnics or going to the park, the thought of bringing your own lunch is a sandwich. I always feel that it is especially suitable for activities close to nature such as outings. The stuffing in this sandwich is always optional-my understanding is that chicken bacon does not have to be, it must be a three-layer toast! I put roasted chicken thighs and cheese, with tomatoes, spinach and onions, and a little Dijon mustard. It is refreshing and delicious. I have eaten a whole set, as much as the rabbit tooth, haha.

I always feel that it is especially suitable for activities close to nature such as outings. I put roasted chicken thighs and cheese, with tomatoes, spinach and onions, and a little Dijon mustard. It is refreshing and delicious. I have eaten a whole set, as much as the rabbit tooth, haha.

Material

Red onion Appropriate amount, cut strips
Dijon mustard 4 tsp
Boneless chicken thigh 2 pieces
Chicken Seasoning 2 tbs (I used a mixture with salt, dried onions, dried garlic, herbs, oil)
oil a little
Toast 6 tablets
spinach 2 pieces
tomato 1 slice
Cheese 2 tablets

Mix chicken thighs and seasonings, marinate for half an hour

Brush the oil after preheating the grill, put the marinated chicken thigh skin up, put it on both sides for about 8 minutes, and turn it in once in the middle-the method of cooking the chicken does not matter grilling, frying, steaming, frying, frying … as long as they are cooked

After the toast is ready for use, divide all remaining ingredients in half and prepare to make a sandwich

Take a sandwich as an example, take 1 slice of toast, top with cheese, spinach, tomato, and onion, squeeze 1 tsp of mustard; then cover with the second slice of toast, add chicken, spinach, tomato, onion, and squeeze 1 tsp mustard; finally cover the third slice of toast

If you want to cut it nicely, you can fix it with 4 toothpicks, then cut diagonally and put it vertically in the bento box

Prepare the second sandwich in the same way (or the third and fourth … love to make a few!)
