Duck palm Ginger garlic
Soy sauce, soy sauce, salt, monosodium glutamate Beer or liquor
Cinnamon, anise, dried chili

First clean the duck's paw. If you have time, you can cut your nails. Use kitchen paper to absorb excess water.

Pat the ginger and garlic in a Panasonic hot oil pan until fragrant
