Material

kelp
Crab sticks
Chinese cabbage
shallot
vermicelli

Stir-fry chives in a hot pan;

Stir-fried cabbage and seaweed together; put some soy sauce and salt;

Stir-fried cabbage is not so hard, the crab sticks are simmered, and the water is simmered for a while;

There is a stew over there, here is the noodles (I used green tea noodles) cooked slightly;

After the cabbage and kelp crab sticks are soft, I added a little miso.

Just pour the vegetable broth on the noodles.
