Supper lobster


Basil leaves 70g
lobster 2000g
Konjac 500 g
garlic The right amount
Ginger slices The right amount
Dried red pepper A handful
salt The right amount
soy sauce A spoonful
Oyster sauce Three scoops
beer A bottle

Use the toothbrush to clean the cramps, leaving only the lobster tail and some large clips.

The konjac is cut into thin slices, boiled with water and then filtered out.

Put oil in the wok, add ginger and garlic until fragrant, then add lobster and saute until red. In a separate pot, put the chopped dried red peppers in oil and saute until set aside. Put the fragrant chilli into the lobster pot and saute for two minutes, if a bottle of beer, a spoonful of soy sauce, three spoons of oyster sauce. After boiling the water, add thinly sliced konjac and simmer for 20 minutes.
