Spicy Chicken

Material

chicken 400g
Dried red pepper 20
Pepper 10
star anise 2 pcs
garlic
Douban
Zanthoxylum bungeanum
salt
soy sauce
Cooking wine
Salad oil

Diced chicken, marinated with salt and cooking wine for 10 minutes

Spicy Chicken Step 1

Dried red peppers and sharp peppers, chopped garlic

Spicy Chicken Step 2

Put oil in the pan, heat it, pour dried chili, sharp pepper, garlic, watercress, pepper, and saute for half a minute

Pour in chicken, add salt, soy sauce, star anise, stir fry for 3 minutes

Add a small half bowl of water, cover the pot and boil for 2 minutes, open the lid and stir fry for another 2 minutes

Finally, remove the lid and stir-fry until the water is basically dry, then you can get out of the pan
