Material

Red bean 100 g
water 500g water + 30g
Glutinous rice noodles 10 grams
brown sugar 20 grams
Sugar 30g
salt 1 g

Add 500 grams of water to the rice cooker and choose the soup /porridge program.

Put glutinous rice flour in a small bowl and dilute with 30 grams of water.

When the beans are cooked until soft and glutinous, the soup is thin, add diluted glutinous rice flour.

Add white sugar, brown sugar, and salt to the pot, mix well and boil.

After the cooked red bean soup is cooled, add it to the ice cream mold and freeze it.
