Today I had greedy dumplings. I first went to the supermarket to buy live shrimp. Then I went to the nearby vegetable market and bought green vegetables and shiitake mushrooms. These days are a good season for eating corn, one for two bucks, and two for home! The green vegetables have a very strong and fresh fragrance. The big dumplings filled with green vegetables, mushrooms and shrimps are delicious. They are refreshing and delicious in summer!

Two greens and five or six mushrooms.
Fresh corn one.
Peel the fresh shrimp and remove the head and tail. Pull out the shrimp line (shrimp intestine) from the cross section of the head and cut into small dicings of the thumb belly.
