Preparation: Cut cucumber into small cubes, beat the eggs into a paste, add a little salt.
Use the rice that is not very soft, stir it with chopsticks, don't let each rice stick together, add the beaten eggs and stir well.
Add oil to the pot, after heating, the rice mixed with egg liquid is all in the pot, do not rush to stir, turn it once in half a minute, and start stir-frying after there is no egg liquid, until it is golden yellow and the particles are clear. Put in the right amount of salt.
Put the diced cucumbers for a while, strain out excess water, stir fry a few times in the pan, mix well with the rice and remove immediately. Set the plate and add the meat floss and green onion.
You can also mix some fruits. Quack, the potatoes I made are not suitable, they are too dry.
