Sour cream is a very basic ingredient in Western cuisine. It can be used with pasta, soup, appetizers and meat recipes.
|Heavy cream||1 cup|
|Whole milk||1/4 cup|
|White vinegar||3/4 tablespoon|
Pour milk and white vinegar in a glass bottle, stir with a spoon and let sit for 10 minutes. Pour fresh cream again, mix well, cover with lid and let stand at room temperature for 24 hours. Refrigerate in the refrigerator.
