butter 40g

Butter softened and powdered together.

Add the egg mixture twice and beat until the omelet is fused.

Add a few drops of vanilla extract and mix well.

The powder is mixed in advance and sieved into a butter bowl.

Then cut and mix vertically, then press and mix with the flat side of the spatula, and finally collect the batter on the inner wall of the container.
