Separate the yolk and egg white, add 30G sugar to the yolk, stir well

Add salad oil in sequence, mix well, then add water to mix well

Sift in low-gluten flour and mix well with a spatula. At this point, the yolk paste is complete.

Add sugar to the egg white three times, beat until dry foaming.

Take one third of the egg yolk paste and mix well, then pour it back into the remaining egg whites and mix well.

Preheat the oven, heat up and down 170 degrees for about an hour. I bake them in three batches, which saves time and power, and does not require slicing.
