Material

Chinese cabbage leaves
Green and red pepper
Shredded cucumber
Salmon slices
salt
mustard
soy sauce

Wash the cabbage, boil most of the pot of water, boil the whole cabbage in the water for about 1 minute, remove it, soak in cold water, drain the water

Spread the boiled cabbage leaves evenly, place the thin slices of salmon with green and red peppers and cucumber on 1/2 of the cabbage gang, and roll the cabbage leaves into rolls

After the cabbage leaves are rolled, cut in half

Mix sugar, soy sauce and mustard into a dipping sauce
