Black tea lemon jam

The glass bottle is washed and sterilized in an oven at 120 degrees for about 15 minutes. It can also be boiled, disinfected and dried without an oven.

Fill the milk pot with 200ml of water, turn off the heat, put in black tea bags, and remove the tea bags after making them.

After washing the lemon, rub the wax on the surface with salt, rub the yellow epidermis, and squeeze out the lemon juice and chopped the seeds of the pulp. Peel and chop the plums, add lemon peel, juice and pulp to the pot. If you don't like the graininess of the flesh, you can also use the cooking machine to smash it directly, saving time.

Add sugar to boil and cook on low heat. The amount of sugar can be increased or decreased according to personal taste. Because lemon and plum are sour, I add a little bit more.

Stir continuously to prevent sticking to the pan, boil it until it is thick and put it in a sterilized sealed glass bottle, cool it and store it in the refrigerator.
