Rinse the apricots with appropriate amount of salt in clean water and peel them. You can borrow a spoon to scrape off the flesh.

After the pulp is smashed out, the water is directly poured into the pot, and boiled on a small fire, without adding any water.

Add the right amount of sugar according to your taste, keep turning the bottom of the pot, wait for the water to dry, boil it into a sauce and turn off the heat.
